Q: Where is Taste of Evesham 2011 being held?
A: Our open-air venue is in Evesham Twp. (Marlton), NJ, on Main St. between Cooper Ave. and North Locust Ave. If you know where the Firehouse on Main St. is, you won't be able to miss us!
Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets will be available on the day of the event at the Welcome Booths at either end of our Main St. venue and at Oak Ln. (Cash or check only please...we apologize for any inconvenience. The Marlton Tavern has an ATM if needed.) They will also be available for presale by mail until 5/16.
Q: What do I get for my entry fee?
A: Your entry ticket will give you access to the Taste of Evesham venue, where you will be able to sample tasty bites from the local restaurants and caterers in attendance. You will also be able to enjoy live music and demonstrations all afternoon. We may even have some Special Surprise Guests!
Q: Should I bring anything with me?
A: In order to purchase Wine and Beer Tasting tickets, all Guests are asked to present a current valid ID to verify age.
Q: What is not allowed?
A: Unleashed pets, bikes, skateboards, rollerblades, poles and sticks are prohibited in the event site during operating hours. No coolers, alcoholic beverages or weapons can be brought into the event site.
Q: Where do I park?
A: No parking will be available along Main St., so Guests are encouraged to park off Rt. 70. Plaza 70 (on Rt. 70 between Cooper Ave. and N. Locust Ave.) and Tri-Towne Plaza (between N. Locust Ave. and Plymouth Dr.) are your best bets.
Q: What's the big sticker for?
A: You must wear your TOE sticker to be served food at the booths, and to receive beverage samples in the tents. Remember, once you pay at the Welcome Booth (or prepay), everything inside is included (except cookbook purchases).
Q: I want to participate as a Restaurant, Volunteer or Sponsor. How do I do that?
A: If you'd like to support Taste of Evesham by participating as a restaurant, volunteer or sponsor, please contact us and we'll get back to you with the appropriate information.
Q: Where does the money from Taste of Evesham go?
A: Taste of Evesham is a non-profit event. All proceeds are used to cover the cost of the event. Costs include such things as setup and related rentals, collateral materials, advertising and related support supplies. Any remaining funds will be used toward future Evesham Celebration Foundation sponsored events and the community projects they support.
Q: Who runs Taste of Evesham?
A: Taste of Evesham is planned by the Evesham Celebrations Foundation, a non-profit organization created to bring the people and businesses of Evesham Twp. together through community events. All events are paid for solely though donations; no tax dollars are used. TOE and ECF are also greatly appreciative of the many local volunteers who work hard to make the events successful.
